The villa in Venetian style has two floors and a basement and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 1 suite with a luxurious bathroom, dressing room, office and private veranda, 1 bedroom with own bathroom and balcony, 2 large bedrooms with their own verandas and sharing a pleasant, colourful bathroom. And an art deco toilet for visitors!
View to the Ionian Sea
All rooms have wooden, antiquated and specially-processed floors.
The villa has a spacious living-room with a fireplace and a staircase leads to the luxurious dining room, with a view to the Ionian Sea.
It also provides a fully equipped traditional kitchen, directly linked with the cellar in the basement. In this cellar, you will find a selection of the best and finest wines.
Exotic trees
The premises are surrounded by a traditionally styled stone wall with a remotely controlled and surveyed gate system that can be used inside or outside the house. The garden is multi-levelled, mostly grass lawn, with an automatic watering system, beautiful rock islands, flower-beds, combinations of great quantities of sandstone with old jars, stone footpaths and many many trees, including pines, oaks, laurels, olive trees, fuci, pomegranates, vanillas, pear trees, orange and lemon trees, mandarin trees, peach trees etc.
Furthermore, there is a swimming pool with a circular stone veranda, external power plugs, BBQ, garden furniture made of banana tree wood consisting of a two-seat sofa, two armchairs, a table and an umbrella with four sun-beds.
Location
The villa is located 2.5 km away from the city of Zakynthos, 500 m from the sea and about 5 km from the airport. The villa is within walking distance of the manor of the national Greek poet, Dionisios Solomos, at Stranis Hill, where Solomos composed the Hellenic National Anthem.
