Surrounded by stunning scenery and astounding Andean geography, Titilaka’s contemporary design integrates with the natural environment, paying homage to the ancient Titicaca, origin of the great Inca culture without ignoring contemporary facilities.

Titilaka combines modern-day architecture with indigenous touches, essentially integrating vital elements: fire, air, water and earth, into the cozy and opulent refuge for an unparalleled Lake Titicaca experience.

An unparalleled Lake Titicaca experience
Your experience begins from Juliaca Airport or Train Station, where you will be transported in your own private Land Rover (or similar) with driver and bilingual guide, to an exclusive speedboat that will cruise you across the lake’s blue waters to the private jetty right on the front steps of the all-suite lodge. visit the living cultures of the Quechuas and Aymaras, set off to Taquile, Amantaniì and the floating man-made reed islands of Uros; visit the splendid colonial churches of Juli, Pomata and Lampa; or bird watching from the hilltops of Perka and Inc Anatawi.

At dusk delight at tea-time followed by a well-deserved blissful nap. Enjoy cocktails, wine or aperitifs served right on the magnificent waterfront as you watch the idyllic sky, starry night sets in getting you ready for dinner.

Relish Titilaka’s nutritious meals based on the region’s exquisite cuisine with local ingredients: fresh trout from the lake, alpaca meat from the highland plateaus and incredible varieties of potatoes and healthy “longevity” grains, such as the famed quinoa.

One with the elements
Exceptional geographic locations of the highland plateaus, it reminds us of the Scottish highlands or the Patagonia, with clear crisp blue air and intense sunlight on the vast pastures. Titilaka is located on the western Peruvian coast of Lake Titicaca, amidst small hamlets of Quechua and Aymara cultures scattered around the lake or at the base of small hills to protect themselves from the high winds and strong sun. The hotel has its own private road and small jetty and an outstanding view of both sunrises and sunsets over the lake.

Lake Titicaca is the world’s highest lake navigable to large vessels, at 12,500 feet (3,810 m) above sea level in the Andes Mountains of South America, astride the border between Peru to the west and Bolivia to the east. It covers some 3,200 square miles (8,300 square km), is 50 miles (80 km) across at its widest point, with an average depth of 107 meters.

Titilaka offers 2-,3- or 4 night experiences with transfers, excursions, bar service and 3 daily meals from $480 per person.
