- Renaissance day: visit famous Chenonceau castle
- Renaissance New Year’s eve feast at Leonardo da Vinci’s home
- Midnight: usher in 2010 with champagne in the Grand Drawing Room with all the ancestral portraits
January 1st:
- Middle ages to 18th century: explore the remarkably restored old city of Le Mans (“Plantagenet City”)
- Festive New Year’s day dinner in the 17th century grand dining room of the château with all the family silver and crystal.
January 3rd:
- Departure with a special present from the château
